Tai Chi, Paganism, and Me

I began practicing Tai Chi a few months ago. I am not sure how I found it. I just sort of one day said, hey I want to know more about Tai Chi. I think I was brought to it. I was pleased but what I read. I was amazed at how pagan Tai Chi was. The connection between the physical body and energy. The philosophy of balance of "light" and "dark". I love it and I wanted to share it with everyone. I encourage any one who either wants to, or does practice Tai Chi and Qigong to feel free to participate. Share your thoughts about it, about your practice, and how it influences your life.
